LookifyAd processes information needed to provide its traffic analytics and advertising operations dashboard. Depending on how an organization uses the service, this may include:

• Work account details, such as a user's email address and authentication/session information.
• Project configuration, such as account names, website domains, time zones, and contact details entered by an administrator.
• Website tracker events, including event names, timestamps, page and referrer URLs, traffic source, IP address, browser/device information, and approximate location information where available.
• Operational information used to identify suspicious traffic, tracker health, and account-level reporting.
• If an administrator connects Google Analytics or Search Console, read-only analytics and search performance data for properties that administrator maps to a project, together with the Google account email used for the connection.

Information is used to operate the dashboard, display traffic and conversion reports, attribute visits, validate tracker installations, identify suspicious activity, administer project access, and maintain and support the service.

Google Analytics and Search Console access is optional. When an administrator connects a Google account, LookifyAd requests read-only access to the selected Analytics and Search Console data and uses it to display metrics for mapped projects. A Google refresh token is stored encrypted by the application. The administrator can disconnect the Google account from the integration settings. Google data is not combined with LookifyAd tracker counts as though they were the same measurement.

Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers used to host the application, store its data, authenticate users, or provide an integration requested by an administrator, including Supabase and Google. Project data is made available to users of the organization according to the access configured by its administrators. LookifyAd does not sell personal information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Information is retained for as long as needed to provide and support the service, meet operational requirements, and comply with applicable obligations. Retention periods can depend on the data type and the organization's configuration. LookifyAd uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The application uses essential authentication cookies to maintain secure sign-in sessions and protect dashboard access. The dashboard may also store functional preferences in the browser. These are used to provide the service rather than for third-party advertising.
